GOLDEN TREE Return & Exchange policy
Mode of Payment
a) Cash on Delivery :-
i) Facility of Cash on Delivery is available only at bjj showroom.
ii) The registered person may make full payment of the product at the time of delivery provided the value of product selected is below than INR 2.00 Lakh.
b) Banking Mode :-
The payment shall be made through any banking mode i.e. online, cheque, RTGS, NEFT, Bank Draft etc.
Digital Payment System :-
Google Pay, Phone Pe, Paytm and any other mode of digital/smart payment system is acceptable.
Delivery Time
Ready Stock :- If the product is available in stock, it shall be delivered within 10 working days from the date of receiving the payment in company account.
On Order :- If the product is not available in ready stock and is being ordered, it shall be delivered within 25-30 working days from the date of successful realization of the payment.
Cancellation, Refund, Exchange Policy
• The BJJ reserve the right to cancel the registration in case the member does not make payment within a period of 15 days from the date of Registration for the product selected by member.
• The Product once sold shall not be returned
• The amount once paid is non-refundable.
• The customer can exchange the jewellery with new one.
• The registered person has life time exchange policy at current purchase price of gold jewellery. Making charges and all taxes is non refundable.
Other Conditions
• In the case the product is to be manufactured on order basis, there may be minor variation in the weight of product shown on the website that may slightly increase or decrease. The customers either may be charged or refunded for differential amount arise due to minor variation in the weight of order placed.
Disputes :-
If any dispute arises it shall be subject to “FATEHGARG SAHIB” Jurisdiction.
